Some of the best movies of 2016 were the animated films, "Zootopia," and "Moana," "Finding Dory," and "Sing."
Other mvoies include, "Arrival," "Dead Pool," "Captain America: Civil War," "LaLa Land," "Manchester by the Sea," "The Nice Guys," "Hell or High Water," Rogue One: A Star Wars Story," "Dr. Strange," "Ghostbusters: Answer the Call," "Suicide Squad," "Fantastic Beasts," and so many more.
Top musical artists include Lukas Graham (7 Years) Drake, Twenty One Pilots, Rhianna, Adel (Send Your Love), The Chain Smokers, Meghan Trainor, Fifth Harmony, The Weeknd, Beyonce (Lemondae), and Ariana Grande.
And while everyone’s taste in music varies a bit, USA Today has announced their hottest musical picks for 2016, which includes Drake, who is the most streamed musical artists on Spotify in 2016, and Rihanna.
While it's true that people die every day, 2016 seemed like a year where many beloved celebrities were called home. Debbie Reynolds, 84, passed away from a stroke Dec. 27, only a day after her daughter, Carrie Fisher, 60, died from a heart attack. Singer, George Micheal, died on Christmas day from heart failure. He was only 53 years old.
Others who died include Prince, David Bowie, Ron Glass, Alan Thicke, Gene Wilder, Florence Henderson, Robert Vaughn, Doris Roberts, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Garry Shandling, Pat Harrington, Patty Duke, and Abe Vigoda.
