The ITC Pavilion at Noelridge Lagoon was built in the same location as the previous lagoon pavilion. It replaces a 40 year old structure that was one of the most frequently rented among 24 pavilions in the park system. ITC Midwest donated $75,000 to build the pavilion. The white steel frame, open air structure, is 40’ x 75’ and features both colors and a vented roof that are unique to the park system. The pavilion has a serving counter with a stainless steel top and two large grills for hosting events.
The fitness zone at Noelridge Park features seven exercise stations on a 42’ x 43’ pad. Stations include balance steps, stretching, plyometrics, pull-up, Tai-Chi and push up equipment. It is located along the walking trail, next to the trail bridge that crosses the creek going to the Noelridge Gardens. CRAAR donated $20,000 to build the fitness zone. The Association donated a fitness zone for Cherokee Park in 2015, and is working on adding three zones in the future for a total contribution of close to $100,000 over a five year period.
